Earlybirds Club is a dance party designed for women that starts at 6pm and ends at 10pm — because we have sh*t to do in the morning!

At Hip-Hop & R&B Night, we’re spinning the tracks that raised us and still run us. From Biggie to Beyoncé, from TLC to Tupac, from Missy to Mary J. Blige…the tracks that taught us confidence, rhythm, and how to dramatically mouth lyrics into a hairbrush.

Earlybirds Club is more than a night out — it’s a judgment-free, joy-forward space where kindness, good vibes, and sensible footwear rule. Come as you are — Timbs, hoops, oversized jerseys, or your coziest sneakers — there’s plenty of room on the dance floor for everyone.

10% of ticket proceeds benefit Adelante Mujeres, which empowers Latinas and their families to become strong community leaders through education, leadership training, and enterprise opportunities.
