Since the last LA show, Dev has gained over 70k followers on Instagram through her unique point-and-click style analog horror video series, in which she also showcases her music.

Dev explores contrast pretty heavily in this album, and showcases her versatile range when it comes to the different sounds she has tapped into. She is building an unsettling world through a variety of visceral images and visuals that go along with the music. The album as a whole explores the ups and downs of emotion that come with grieving the loss of someone in your life after a breakup — and the feeling of someone who used to be such a huge part of your life becoming a stranger to you again. It explores the wide range of emotions that follow such a transitional period in life, such as confidence, pain, discomfort, anger, and escapism.
